FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you travel?
Yes, we do travel all across the world.

Do you work for both sides?
Yes. We work for both sides, and we insist on doing so as both the couple and their families are involved in making this big day come together, so having a dedicated team works perfectly in making the results balanced.

Can we also have an additional photography team along with TWT?
Sorry, we absolutely do not recommend it. Apart from being uneconomical, it may obstruct and tamper with our work. The advantage of a single team is that we will get clean, unobstructed visual frames without local photographers jumping into our frames and ruining the film moments.

How big is your team?
The size of the team is decided based on individual requirements. A team of fantastic four is good enough to capture a wedding in its entirety but we can also get a team of 10 if needed.

My wedding is next year, is it too early to enquire?
Since we take up very limited weddings each year we are usually booked 8-9 months in advance.

Ours is not a grand affair, is it still possible to get you on board?
We do not label ourselves as a luxury wedding film company, we are a bunch of passionate filmmakers who yearn for great stories. Let us know your story and we will create a custom package for you.

What is your payment process?
25% Booking Amount (At the time of booking)
50% Advance amount (30 days before the event)
25% Balance amount (1 week before the event)

Apart from the photography & videography costs, what are the other costs to be kept in mind?
The expenses for the travel, food and accommodation for the crew members are usually borne by the client unless decided otherwise or factored in as a package deal. Furthermore, the hard drives for the final delivery are paid for by the clients too. Any additional days/hours of shooting (not mentioned in the contract) are charged extra as per the rates in the contract. There are no other hidden costs.

What is the difference between Traditional wedding photography & Candid wedding photography?
Culturally, as Indians, we are inclined to believe that ‘traditional’ photography & ‘candid’ photography are two separate kinds of photography. We like to keep it simple and just refer to it as photography. Along with documenting moments, it is equally important to document the presence of close family & friends at a wedding. This can be done through group portraits before or after the ceremony.
If your wedding party has less than 200 people, and you only want to cover your close family & friends then it is easy to do group portraits on the wedding day. However, if your wedding party has more people, and if you expect more guest coverage, there are additional photographers in our team who can take care of that as well.

What is a cinematic wedding video?
A wedding story told in an engaging manner is a cinematic wedding video.
The story is brought alive through observing and capturing captivating moments & interactions in a manner that takes care of Lighting, framing and composition. Furthermore, We choose the proper music that helps to define your story full of emotions and love.
Our wedding films are closer to feature/documentary films, versus the music video format.

When can we expect the delivery?
Editing a film is a creative process and we take it very very seriously. Each film goes through a series of iterations till we reach a point where we can proudly say " this is our best work till date". It usually takes us 6-7 months to deliver your complete film based on our work schedule.
